Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon (NasdaqGS:AMZN), has announced that Swiss luxury group Compagnie Financière Richemont SA (OTC:CFRUY) is moving its entire enterprise IT infrastructure to AWS, where it can leverage AWS’s “advanced cloud capabilities, including machine learning, analytics, security, and database, to foster product innovation across its physical retail operations and e commerce offerings.” Kim Hartlev, Group Chief Information Officer at Richemont, said:

NICE Ltd. (NasdaqGS:NICE) has announced that NTT Marketing ACT, one of the largest business process outsourcers (BPO) in Japan, has selected NICE Nexidia and Enlighten to automate the bulk of its quality management processes. Darren Rushworth, President, NICE APAC, said:
