NEW YORK -- interCLICK, Inc. (OTCBB: ICLK), a leading behavioral targeting platform, today announced it has hired Dave Myers, former senior director of advertiser marketplace operations at Yahoo!, Inc., as its new vice president of ad operations. At interCLICK, Myers will oversee day-to-day operations including media buying, account management, analytics and ad operations.

Myers is a strong leader with the proven ability to excel in entrepreneurial, rapidly-changing business environments. He has built and led several high-performance teams and played a key role in accelerating revenues and business growth for major software and Internet companies. At Yahoo!, Myers led the go-to-market and operational integration between Yahoo! and Right Media while managing marketplace operations across the Search and Display business divisions for Yahoo!’s advertiser marketplaces group (AMG). Additionally, Myers spearheaded the development of the Yahoo! Exchange business unit, creating the group’s organizational model, financial plan, staffing plan and operations framework.

Prior to joining Yahoo, Myers was enterprise services engagement manager for Microsoft Corporation, where he provided senior-level enterprise client services to Microsoft’s largest Capital Markets customers.
